Some stories are too good to keep to yourself. Karsyn has been turning pages since she was two years old — and this December, she's starting her most exciting chapter yet with a Sweet 16 tropical escape in beautiful Playa Mujeres, Mexico.

We've reserved a block of rooms at Dreams Playa Mujeres and are working with Amy Cate at Celebration Travel, who is ready to help with any questions. Roundtrip airport transfers from Cancún (CUN) are included for our group.

Your room is held with a small deposit, and the balance is spread out over two dates. You can also pay any amount, any time, in between.

We've held a block of rooms at group rates. Send Amy your dates and room preferences, and she'll come back to you with options and pricing. Your card isn't charged until your room is confirmed — the deposit to hold it is just $50 per person (minimum $100 per room).
Yes. Make sure your passport is free from any rips, stains, or watermarks, and that it's valid for at least 6 months past your return date of travel.
No — Amy's services are completely free to you. She is paid by the resort, not by our guests. You get her help with every step at no additional cost.
Fill in the request form with your travel dates and room preferences. Amy will follow up personally with your options and pricing. Please allow a few days for confirmation — she works directly with the resort to secure your exact room and dates, and that takes some back-and-forth. It's worth the wait to get it right.
Not until your room is officially booked and confirmed. At that point, a deposit of $50 per person (minimum $100 per room) holds your reservation. If you add travel protection, it's also due then.
There's no hard deadline, but we'd truly appreciate you sending your request as soon as possible so we know how many rooms to hold. The sooner, the better — and the best part is that once your room is confirmed, your rate is locked in all the way through travel.
Your deposit of $50 per person (minimum $100 per room) holds your room. After that there are two group payment dates. On August 4, 2027, guests without travel protection owe 100% of their balance, and guests with travel protection owe 50%. On October 4, 2027, the remaining balance is due — that second date applies only to guests who purchased travel protection.
Yes — there is a three-night minimum stay for our group. You're welcome to stay longer if you'd like to make a vacation out of it.
Absolutely — pay as you go. Once your room is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link you can use to make payments at any time, in any amount.
The booking site allows up to four guests per room. If you need more, just email Amy at [email protected] and she's happy to help.
We've worked closely with Amy and the resort to hold group rates that won't change during our planning process. If you spot a lower price online, reach out to Amy at [email protected] and she'll try to price-match it for you.
Yes — it's optional but highly recommended, and must be purchased at the time of booking. If travel protection is declined, all monies paid toward the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be forfeited if cancelled or if you don't arrive at the hotel as scheduled. Once purchased, travel protection is non-refundable. Please read this carefully.
No. Flights are typically less expensive purchased directly from the airline. You'll fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Please don't purchase airfare until your room is confirmed — Amy will request your flight details closer to travel.
The nearest airport is Cancún International (CUN), about 45 minutes away. Roundtrip shared transfers between the airport and the resort are included for our group. Amy will share the full transfer details closer to travel.
Yes — and then some. Dreams Playa Mujeres offers the Unlimited-Luxury® experience: all meals, snacks, and drinks (including premium alcoholic beverages), non-motorized water sports, taxes, and gratuities are included. No wristbands, no reservations required at the à la carte restaurants.
Plenty! The Core Zone is a dedicated teen space with games, sports, and hangout areas, while the Explorer's Club keeps younger kids busy with supervised activities. Add in four pools, the beach, and daily activities, and there's something for every age.
